This page sets out the rules you must follow when using the mmk4 platform, along with your rights and responsibilities as a player.

1 Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
The mmk4 platform is only available to users aged 21+. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account, make a deposit, or play. We may request age verification at any time, and if it cannot be provided, the account may be suspended or closed.
Location and Country
Players are responsible for checking the online betting laws in their own location. mmk4 will not be held liable for any consequences arising from activity that is not compliant with local law.
One Account Per Person
Each player may only hold one account at a time. If a player opens multiple accounts to claim bonuses or abuse the system, all such accounts may be closed immediately and any remaining funds forfeited.
2 Account Registration & Management
Accurate Information Required
When opening an account, the player must provide accurate and complete personal information. If false or inconsistent information is found, the account will be suspended or closed.
Security Responsibilities
The player must keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential and must not share them with third parties. mmk4 is not responsible for any issues arising from the player's own account. If any suspicious access is detected, [email protected] must be notified immediately.
Account Closure
If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may request this through Live Chat. Any remaining balance will be paid out if it meets the minimum withdrawal amount. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
At mmk4, you can deposit and withdraw using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer services.

Deposit Policy
Deposits must be made only from the player's registered payment method. Deposits from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned. Online payment fees depend on the player's bank and mmk4 does not charge any fees.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will only be sent to the player's registered payment account and will not be transferred to third-party accounts. Withdrawals can only be processed after KYC (identity verification) is complete. In line with anti-money laundering policy, mmk4 may request additional verification documents when necessary.
4 Bonus and Promotion Policy
Welcome bonus
On your first deposit at mmk4, you can receive a 150% bonus — up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be met.

Bonus Terms
- The bonus can only be claimed once per account. mmk4 may investigate any attempt to split bonuses among family members or players accessing from the same IP address.
- If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount may be deducted.
- mmk4 may change or discontinue bonus offers at any time.
- If a withdrawal is requested after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
Refer a Friend Reward
If you refer a friend to mmk4, you will receive 10% of their first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per friend. In addition, you will receive a commission of 0.2% of the referred friend's valid bets, paid out every two weeks.
5 Fair Play and Player Responsibilities
Fair Play Policy
mmk4 uses strict random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play for all players. Game results on our platform are produced through genuine randomness and are guaranteed to be unbiased.
Prohibited Actions
Players must not engage in the following actions —
- Opening multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses
- Using hacking or software tools intended to harm the platform
- Using counter-betting, arbitrage betting, or exploit methods
- Insulting, pressuring, or acting in a way that damages relations with other players or staff
- Attempting money laundering or illegal currency exchange
If such actions are detected, mmk4 may close the account and confiscate any remaining balance. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

If any part of these terms becomes unenforceable under law, the remaining parts will continue to apply, and the unenforceable part may be replaced with the closest enforceable equivalent.
